Our expert team of heating and electrical engineers work with clients across the country to keep their tenants safe in the knowledge that their home heating systems are safe to use and working efficiently, whilst providing Landlord Gas Safety Records (LGSR), Electrical Installations Condition Reports (EICR) and other compliance certification to document legal compliance.

GAS COMPLIANCE

CP 12 Certification

By law all landlords must have each gas appliance in their properties checked and serviced on a regular basis, usually yearly, by a Gas Safe registered engineer. All of Saltires Gas Services’ engineers are Gas Safe registered.

Saltire`s specialist electrical team deliver inspections and system testing for clients across the country, providing the assurance they need that their properties are safe and compliant. Fully accredited compliance teams ensure our social housing clients adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

Smoke Alarm Checks

We carry out annual service checks on our residents’ smoke alarms and heat detectors. Ensuring all alarms are operational and working to guidelines, Ensuring Tennent safety and Landlords remain compliant.
