The company’s portfolio covers over 7000 domestic properties and partners with dozens of public sector organisations, serving more than 120,000 social housing tenants and private homeowners.

We have a hugely successful apprenticeship program where we aim to take on 6 new apprentices each year.

With dozens of long-term public sector contracts under our belt, we’re a stable and solid employer, offering development and growth to those who want to grab the future with both hands.
We work closely with City of Glasgow College & New College Lanarkshire for our trade apprenticeships.
Apprenticeships consist of half your time on block release to college & half your time on the job learning under supervision. As you progress in your apprenticeship,
you spend less time at college and more time on-site, becoming more independent in your field.

What Academic Skills do we look for?
We look for applicants to have a minimum of 3 NAT5`s preferably Maths, English, and Science.
To become an apprentice, you must be motivated and hard-working as you are given real responsibilities, the same as any other member of staff. Good communication is critical to help develop professional relationships & organisation is a must as you are expected to organise yourself and your workload & split your time between study and on-the-job learning.
