The Gas Safety Regulations 1998 require landlords to ensure that gas appliances are installed and maintained properly. They must be in a safe condition to avoid the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Our Gas Safe engineers will ensure this is carried out.

Landlords must ensure that all gas appliances and installations have a safety check carried out once per year

Your origin policy starts on the day your application is submitted. However, there is an initial 30-day period where you cannot make a claim. This is to prevent claims on pre-existing problems and to keep premiums low.
